HR Coordinator / HR BP
Pro nádnárodní firmu hledáme samostatnou HR Coordinator/ HR BP, která má 2-3
roky zkušeností a ráda by zastávala pozici, ve které bude mít možnost
odpovídat za variabilní oblasti HR. Je to pozice vhodná převážně pro někoho,
kdo má dosavadní zkušenosti z oblasti HR admin/ HR generalist a chce získat
nové zkušenosti na pozici, která již odpovídá zkušenostem, které jsou
očekávány na pozici HR BP.

JOB Description:
* Act as a Partner to the Local Management team by providing support
to fulfil business needs. The Individual is a member of the local management
group in terms of advising by using best judgment and experience.
* People Matters and all aspect of HR
* Ensure accurate payroll process and salary payment. Responsible for
service level propose changes when required
* HR operations, Communication and other HR projects
* Audit, Obligatory training management
* Recruitment; learning and development
* Employment conditions - particularly disciplinary /termination
issues
Requirements:
* College or University degree preferable with HR
* Advanced knowledge of English
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in role of an HR Generalist OR
Experience on certain area of HR such as:
-Labour Code (employment conditions, contracts, terminations, dismissals
etc.)
-Extensive knowledge on Payroll administration (PIT and allowances)
-Recruitment (interviewing technics and selection process)
